or"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(b)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2862"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"if the Secretary sought further information from the entity by one or more notices given under subsection"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"30EC(4)—as soon as practicable, and no later than 22 business days, after the day the entity provided the information sought by the last notice given under that subsection."}]}]}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(3)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2863"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"If:"}]},{"type":"legalList","attrs":{},"content":[{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(a)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2864"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the Secretary considers the change or proposed change (including where further information is provided in response to a notice given under subsection"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"30EC(4)); and"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(b)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2865"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"in relation to the change or proposed change, the Secretary is satisfied that there is a risk to the asset that would be prejudicial to security;"}]}]}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2866"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the Secretary:"}]},{"type":"legalList","attrs":{},"content":[{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(c)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2867"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"must give a written notice to the entity:"}]},{"type":"legalList","attrs":{},"content":[{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(i)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2868"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"advising the entity of that risk; and"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(ii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2869"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"setting out the entity’s obligation under subsection"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"30EB(2); and"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(iii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2870"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"setting out the consequences for the entity for not complying with that obligation; and"}]}]}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(d)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2871"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"may set out in that notice the measures the Secretary considers the entity could adopt to eliminate or reduce that risk."}]}]}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(4)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2872"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"If:"}]},{"type":"legalList","attrs":{},"content":[{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(a)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2873"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the Secretary considers the change or proposed change (including where further information is provided in response to a notice given under subsection"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"30EC(4)); and"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(b)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2874"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"in relation to the change or proposed change, the Secretary is satisfied that there is not a risk to the asset that would be prejudicial to security;"}]}]}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2875"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the Secretary must give a written notice to the entity to that effect."}]}]}]}]}]}
