and"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(ii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2110"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"inviting persons to make submissions to the Secretary about the rules or amendments concerned within the period specified in the notice;
