30DP  Admissibility of information etc.

•   If:

  • (a)

    a computer program is installed in compliance with a system information software notice; and

  • (b)

    information is transmitted to ASD as a result of the operation of the computer program;

  the information is not admissible in evidence against an entity:

  • (c)

    in criminal proceedings; or

  • (d)

    in civil proceedings other than proceedings for recovery of a penalty in relation to a contravention of section 30DM.
