{"type":"doc","content":[{"type":"section","attrs":{"id":"navPoint_156"},"content":[{"type":"heading","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2878","level":5},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"30EE","marks":[{"type":"bold"}]},{"type":"text","text":"  ","marks":[{"type":"bold"}]},{"type":"text","text":"Kinds of changes and proposed changes to telecommunications services or telecommunications systems","marks":[{"type":"bold"}]}]},{"type":"legalList","attrs":{},"content":[{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(1)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2879"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"For the purposes of this Division, a change or proposed change to a telecommunications service or a telecommunications system includes (but is not limited to) the following:"}]},{"type":"legalList","attrs":{},"content":[{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(a)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2880"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the responsible entity concerned providing one or more new telecommunication services;"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(b)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2881"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the responsible entity concerned changing the location of notifiable equipment (including moving equipment outside Australia);"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(c)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2882"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the responsible entity concerned procuring notifiable equipment (including procuring equipment that is located outside Australia);"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(d)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2883"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the responsible entity concerned entering into outsourcing arrangements:"}]},{"type":"legalList","attrs":{},"content":[{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(i)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2884"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"to have all or part of the telecommunication services provided for that entity; or"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(ii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2885"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"to have all or part of the provision of telecommunication services managed for that entity; or"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(iii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2886"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"to have all or some information to which section"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"276 of the "},{"type":"text","text":"Telecommunications Act 1997 ","marks":[{"type":"italic"}]},{"type":"text","text":"applies in relation to that entity, managed for that entity;"}]}]}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(e)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2887"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the responsible entity concerned entering into arrangements to have all or some information to which section"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"276 of the "},{"type":"text","text":"Telecommunications Act 1997 ","marks":[{"type":"italic"}]},{"type":"text","text":"applies in relation to that entity accessed by persons outside Australia;"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(f)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2888"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the responsible entity concerned entering into arrangements to have all or some information or documents to which subsection"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"187A(1) of the "},{"type":"text","text":"Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979","marks":[{"type":"italic"}]},{"type":"text","text":" applies in relation to that entity kept outside Australia."}]}]}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(2)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2889"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"This Division does not apply to changes or proposed changes to a telecommunications service or a telecommunications system that are changes, or proposed changes, determined in an instrument under subsection"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"(3)."}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(3)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-2890"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"The Secretary may, by legislative instrument, make a determination for the purposes of subsection"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"(2)."}]}]}]}]}]}
