asset where the following conditions are asset is owned or operated by an entity that carries on insurance business;"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(ii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1447"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the entity is an entity that, in accordance with subsection"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"(2), is critical to the security and reliability of the financial services and markets sector;"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(iii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1448"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the asset is used in connection with the carrying on of insurance business;"}]}]}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(b)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1449"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"an asset where the following conditions are satisfied:"}]},{"type":"legalList","attrs":{},"content":[{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(i)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1450"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the asset is owned or operated by a body corporate that is a related body corporate of an entity that carries on insurance business;"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(ii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1451"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the body corporate is a body corporate that, in accordance with subsection"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"(3), is critical to the security and reliability of the financial services and markets sector;"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(iii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1452"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the asset is used in connection with the carrying on of insurance business;"}]}]}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(c)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1453"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"an asset where the following conditions are satisfied:"}]},{"type":"legalList","attrs":{},"content":[{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(i)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1454"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the asset is owned or operated by an entity that carries on life insurance business;"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(ii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1455"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the entity is an entity that, in accordance with subsection"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"(4), is critical to the security and reliability of the financial services and markets sector;"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(iii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1456"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the asset is used in connection with the carrying on of life insurance business;"}]}]}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(d)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1457"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"an asset where the following conditions are satisfied:"}]},{"type":"legalList","attrs":{},"content":[{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(i)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1458"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the asset is owned or operated by a body corporate that is a related body corporate of an entity that carries on life insurance business;"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(ii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1459"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the body corporate is a body corporate that, in accordance with subsection"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"(5), is critical to the security and reliability of the financial services and markets sector;"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(iii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1460"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the asset is used in connection with the carrying on of life insurance business;"}]}]}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(e)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1461"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"an asset where the following conditions are satisfied:"}]},{"type":"legalList","attrs":{},"content":[{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(i)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1462"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the asset is owned or operated by an entity that carries on health insurance business;"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(ii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1463"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the entity is an entity that, in accordance with subsection"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"(6), is critical to the security and reliability of the financial services and markets sector;"}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(iii)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1464"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the asset is used in connection with the carrying on of health insurance business;"}]}]}]}]},{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(f)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1465"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"an asset where the following conditions are satisfied:"}]},{"type":"legalList","attrs":{},"content":[{"type":"legalListItem","attrs":{"marker":"(i)"},"content":[{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"id":"v0-p-1466"},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"the asset is owned or operated by a body corporate that is a related body corporate of an entity that carries on health insurance rules may prescribe that a specified critical insurance asset is not a critical infrastructure asset (see security and reliability of the financial services and markets subparagraph"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"(1)(b)(ii), the rules may bodies corporate that are critical to the security and reliability of the financial services and markets sector; to the security and reliability of the financial services and markets subparagraph"},{"type":"text","text":" "},{"type":"text","text":"(1)(c)(ii), the rules may security and reliability of the financial services and markets bodies corporate that are critical to the security and reliability of the financial services and markets sector; to the security and reliability of the financial services and markets
