30DH  Admissibility of report etc.

•   If a report is given under section 30DB or 30DC:

  • (a)

    the report; or

  • (b)

    giving the report;

  is not admissible in evidence against an entity:

  • (c)

    in criminal proceedings other than proceedings for an offence against section 137.2 of the Criminal Code that relates to this Act; or

  • (d)

    in civil proceedings other than proceedings for recovery of a penalty in relation to a contravention of section 30DF.
